01 DISTRIBUTION GOALS

I launched ADA Collection at Von Maur, an American department store chain whose 36 stores are primarily located through the Midwest and South East region of the US. My goal was to tap into the Midwest region of the country and better serve ADA customers by increasing in-store distribution and access to the product line, while simultaneously introducing a new product line within the retailers' assortment.

02 DISTRIBUTION ACHIEVEMENTS

Von Maur is rooted on superb customer service and customer loyalty. Combining the retailers' exceptional customer service and a localized product assortment strategy, allowed to successfully build a strong multi-channel business together. I implemented a launch strategy across every Von Maur Brick-and -Mortar location rooted in intentional merchandising. I developed a custom training program for the Von Maur sales team to deeply understand the product line and focus on the utilization aspects of the silhouettes. In addition, I launched the ADA product line across the Von Maur ecommerce business unit and built content to support the retailers highly engaged customer service strategy.

03 REVENUE ACHIEVEMENTS

My partnership with Von Maur achieved substantial revenue gains for the retail partner within the trend accessory category. Prior to our partnership, the trend belt category was a challenging and underperforming category for the retailer. My in-store merchandising strategy and customized sales training, led to increased customer engagement within the product category. Higher engagement with the product line turned into increased revenue and exceptional sell-through of the collection across every channel.
