01 DISTRIBUTION GOALS

I partnered with Club Monaco, the Canadian-founded high-end casual clothing retailer owned by Ralph Lauren Corporation, with the goal to globally expand the ADA Collection product line distribution by leveraging the retailer’s global footprint. With more than 140 locations worldwide, the retailer has locations in United States, Canada, Hong-Kong, Macao, Taiwan, South Korea, China, the United Arab Emirates, Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore, Saudia Arabia, Sweden, Turkey, and United Kingdom.

​02 DISTRIBUTION ACHIEVEMENTS

I successfully launched a product assortment of top-selling classic ADA Belt silhouettes to seamlessly merchandise across the global brick-and-mortar footprint, and cohesively accessorize the in-line Club Monaco ready-to-wear collections. My distribution achievement in entering every Club Monaco door increased the ADA brand global footprint from the US to Asia and across Europe, leading to increasing global footprint by 40% from year to year.

03 REVENUE ACHIEVEMENTS

Focusing on classic top-selling ADA belt styles allowed for the product line to scale across global markets with varying cultural, fit, and styling needs. My understanding of the global customer and retail complexities led to developing a streamlined product line that was versatile in wear and in-store merchandising. The combination of a classic collection and global distribution led to a multi-season retail partnership and an increase of 60% across global markets for the ADA brand. In addition, I expanded Club Monaco's product accessory category and increased their global revenue.
