01 DISTRIBUTION GOALS

I launched a partnership with TRINA TURK, the American designer and retailer, to custom develop an ADA Belt collection to accessorize the eleven annual collections of women ready-to-wear. Trina Turk has evolved into a print and color driven lifestyle brand, celebrating California style and seeked a high-quality accessory collection to fill a styling and product category void for its customers.

02 DISTRIBUTION ACHIEVEMENTS

The ADA Belt line offered a one-size fit, a nimble supply chain providing endless color and leather options to customize exclusive collections and create endless distribution synergy. I achieved distribution across every Trina Turk channel, from in-store locations nationwide and DTC through the TT site. Leveraging our short production lead times and endless leather color options allowed for the Trina Turk design teams and buying teams to customize every delivery to fit their in-house color palette and trend needs.

03 DISTRIBUTION ACHIEVEMENTS

Leveraging the design synergy between the retailer and brand led to surpassing initial launch revenue goals and structuring a robust reorder business. I built a long-term business partnership with TRINA TURK by focusing on the design strategy seasonal needs and infusing product utilization across each silhouette. Using the ADA brand nimble supply chain to deliver exclusive accessory collections focused on the TT brand color palettes, silhouette needs, and customer wear, led to creating a new revenue category for the TT brand. I established a top-selling product line within the TT business which led to 20% revenue increase for the ADA brand and a completely new product category for the TT brand.
