01 DISTRIBUTION GOALS

My partnership with Bloomingdale's Inc., the American luxury department store, was led with the key objective to build a successful belt category for the retailer. ADA Belt Collection was launched nationwide across the 33 brick-and-mortar locations and on the Blooomingdale's site to offer an omni-channel brand experience.

Offering a size-inclusive belt option which could merchandise across the contemporary ready-to-wear designer collections, was key in building a robust belt category with exceptional sell-through. I utilized high-quality leathers and leveraged our innovative design team to create exclusive ADA belt collections that were merchandised throughout multiple Bloomingdales department floors and styled across contemporary RTW brands. Styling the belt collection on clothing was key in increasing sell-through and building a successful product category for the retailer.

My exclusive design and merchandising strategy led to distributing the ADA brand across every Bloomingdale's door and supporting instore product rollouts with the Bloomindale’s ecommerce platform. The partnership led to doubling the ADA Brand department store yearly revenue and building a robust replenishment yearly revenue which created two separate revenue streams within a single department store partnership. I achieved double digit growth for Bloomingdale's across their in-store and online channels within the accessory category. Utilizing the e-commerce channel to support the in-store channel, and vice-versa, led to increased customer service, which sucessfully increased product sell-through across both channels.
