01 DISTRIBUTION GOALS

Anthropologie is a global clothing and accessories retailer operating over 200 stores worldwide, across the US, Canada, and United Kingdom. I established a partnership with Anthropologie with the goal to launch ADA Collection and build a robust accessories business by leveraging the retailers' one-of-a-kind visual merchandising and curated customer experience.

​02 DISTRIBUTION ACHIEVEMENTS

I focused on creating custom product collections that cohesively followed and accessorized their monthly ready-to-wear design strategy. By using their monthly editorial design strategy from initial product design to store visuals, I am able to curate a monthly collection that is distributed across all 200 stores worldwide, online worldwide, and throughout the branded Anthropologie catalog.


LEVERAGING LOCALIZATION
03 REVENUE ACHIEVEMENTS

Utilizing the vendor partners' value chain focused on editorial content, curated monthly collections, and hyper-localized merchandised strategy allowed for incremental partnership revenue growth. I achieved 100% sell-through of product lines, established a core collection reorder revenue business, and layered just-in-time stock orders with planned customized deliveries.
I built 3 revenue streams for the ADA brand and retailer by focusing on the retailer design strategy and seasonal delivery needs. By layering multiple product deliveries, from immediate stock deliveries to planned forecasted deliveries, I fulfilled every product void within the retailers open to buy. Combining a nimble supply chain and localized design needs led to a multi-million retail partnership.
