LORD & TAYLOR

01 DISTRIBUTION GOALS

I forged a partnership with Lord & Taylor, the American luxury department store, to launch the LAMINI brand across the US market. The retailer’s investments in data technology and drop-shipping distribution created an opportunity to build a sustainable brand within their established legacy business. LAMINI offered a high-quality and sustainable product narrative which was unique, and a fresh value proposition to the retailer’s customer base.

02 DISTRIBUTION ACHIEVEMENTS

LAMINI carved out its own positioning within the Lord & Taylor merchandise plan, as it was a sustainable and toxic-free cold-weather collection. In addition to being a design-focused product line. My strategy was to build a partner relationship with the retailer by utilizing their flexible drop-shipping model and continuously building revenue growth, without the pressure of over-buying and instead allowing customer demand to lead the partnership.

AN INNOVATIVE SOLUTION

03 REVENUE ACHIEVEMENTS

Implementing real-time customer purchasing data and our flexible supply chain, allowed for exponential revenue partnership gains. Through the partnership we launched across the LAMINI product line, offering a broad range of classic and on-trend silhouettes. Mitigating the risk of offering a broad range of styles by using the drop-ship relationship led to the Lord & Taylor customer simultaneously shopping across the collection and establishing a top-selling core style group. By leading with just-in-time inventory management and hyper-demand focused, I created a new sustainable product category for the retailer and grew the LAMINI brand retail partnership revenue by 20% year over year.
