01 DISTRIBUTION GOALS

I built a partnership with Sundance Catalog, a leading American lifestyle retailer, to grow the ADA Collection product distribution across a high-quality and legacy retailer. Sundance Catalog is an extension of the Sundance brand, established by Robert Redford in 1989, with millions of catalog subscribers and over 15 doors across the US.

02 DISTRIBUTION ACHIEVEMENTS

Leveraging the ADA brand rich Argentinean leather and Artisan-focused supply chain, allowed to create an emotional connection, between our curated product line and the retailers customer base. Leading to sold-out ADA product lines within the Sundance brand distribution channels, year after year. Curating a product line every season that was in-line and supported the Sundance Ready-to-Wear collections provided a seamless presentation of the ADA product line across retail doors, online, and in catalog print.

A LEGACY PARTNERSHIP
03 REVENUE ACHIEVEMENTS

Achieving distribution across every channel allowed the Sundance customer base to interact with the product line at every touch point, only increasing sell-through of the product line. Presenting the ADA brand and product quality story led to high sell-through of the collection and increased product category revenues for the retailer. Sundance achieved new revenue gains, season after season, within the accessories category due to the partnership.
