I partnered with Amour Vert, a US based sustainable retailer, to launch the LAMINI brand across their brick-and-mortar and online business units. My goal for the vendor partnership was to leverage sustainable product development synergies while achieving set revenue goals for the product launch and scale into a multi-season partnership.

Leveraging a sustainable and flexible supply chain allowed to co-create a custom collection of toxic-free knitwear, which sold-out across the online and in-store retailer channels. The eco-friendly and design focused customer sensibilities allowed for maximized synergies between the LAMINI brand and the Amour Vert retail eco-system.

03 REVENUE ACHIEVEMENTS

Utilizing the vendor partners' value chain and sustainability differentiation strategy led to a successful initial product line launch and incremental launches within the retailers’ brick-and-mortar stores, e-commerce vertical, and branded catalog. Customizing the LAMINI product line to follow Amour Verts' seasonal color palettes, design strategy, and styling inspiration led to a 200% increase in partnership revenue.
