01 DISTRIBUTION GOALS

I led my partnership with REVOLVE, the NYSE publicly traded online fashion retailer, with the goal to connect their Millennial and Generation Z consumers with the ADA Collection brand, by launching an exclusive belt collection only available on their site. The dynamic global REVOLVE platform connects a deeply engaged community of millions of consumers, thousands of global fashion influencers. I leveraged the retailer's proprietary technology platform and “trend-forecasting algorithms” to create a collection of fashion-focused belt styles to strategically launch on the retailer's platform in accordance with their editorial content.

02 DISTRIBUTION ACHIEVEMENTS

My distribution and design strategy to leverage the retailers value chain rooted on data-driven assortments led to launching the collection on all Revolve ecommerce and social media channels. Creating a distribution strategy by utilizing trend-forecasted algorithm data led to a balanced trend and core product assortment. Trend-focused silhouettes were supported through the retailer’s editorial tools, highly engaged messaging strategy, and visual social media presentation. Working closely with the Revolve ecommerce team, buying team, and social media teams allowed for product line usability to be clearly communicated through all channels.

03 REVENUE ACHIEVEMENTS

Leading a partnership with trend-forecasting algorithms allowed for gradual revenue growth year over year. As data was implemented into our merchandising and design strategy after each product launch, we were able to refine the product assortment to meet the Revolve customer's needs. I leveraged the nimble ADA brand supply chain allowing for customization of every collection carried at Revolve, which provided differentiation. Customization, exclusivity, and algorithms led to a robust reorder business and 100% sell-through of every collection launched.
