01 DISTRIBUTION GOALS

I forged a partnership with Pendleton Woolen Mills, the 150 year-old American legacy brand, with the goal to expand the ADA Brand within their legacy channels. Through intentional design, I created a modern and elevated ADA Belt line that effortlessly accessorized the luxurious printed Pendleton fabrics.

02 REVENUE ACHIEVEMENTS

Leading the collection development with a unified passion for quality design between the ADA brand and retailer was key in reaching our distribution goals. The collection was rolled out to all Pendleton store locations, e-commerce site, and offered directly through the retailer’s catalog channel. Working directly with the Pendleton design team allowed for me to customize color palettes and style the belt collection across the ready-to-wear collection from initial development to channel roll-out.

PASSION FOR QUALITY

03 REVENUE ACHIEVEMENTS

My partnership with Pendleton Woolen Mills increased revenue for the ADA brand by 15% year over year. The retail partner achieved 100% sell-through of all units, leading to a robust reorder business, and cementing a core collection of top-selling styles. The retailer achieved expanding revenue across the accessory category and launching a new product category. Intentional design and a passion for high-quality materials led the product distribution strategy I created, and the result was revenue gains for both vendor partners.
