01 DISTRIBUTION GOALS

I launched a partnership with Amazon, the American multinational technology company, to build upon the established ADA brand distribution portfolio. As the world's largest online marketplace, my goal was to provide ease to the ADA brand-customer when purchasing an item and to expand the brand's digital footprint. 

​02 DISTRIBUTION ACHIEVEMENTS

Together we have built a partnership focused on inventory efficiency, asset management, and achieving bullet-proof sell-through. Achieving “ease” for the ADA customer when purchasing the product line was key in forming a partnership with Amazon. Leveraging the logistical and membership delivery services allowed for the online end-consumer to easily shop, try-on, and experience the ADA product line across a global network.

LEVERAGING MULTINATIONAL TECHNOLOGY

03 REVENUE ACHIEVEMENTS

Inventory efficiency and utilizing asset management technology led to achieving bullet-proof sell-through. Amazon's just-in-time inventory management systems allowed me to leverage sitting stock, build top-selling stock plans utilizing data, and achieve continuous monthly revenue growth for the product category.
