01 DISTRIBUTION GOALS

I developed a partnership with Garnet Hill, the American retailer owned by Qurate Retail Group, with the vision to launch ADA Belt Collection within their distribution verticals and leverage our combined differentiation strategy of cultivating high-quality materials. Two words describe Garnet Hill's design ethos today: "Beautiful, Naturally." The retailer’s customer base seeks products that not only look good, but also feel good.

02 DISTRIBUTION ACHIEVEMENTS

I utilized the ADA brand nimble supply chain to customize a belt collection that cohesively accessorizes Garnet Hill’s ready-to-wear collections to create a strong revenue stream, season after season. Building on Garnet Hill’s design ethos and their classic design aesthetic allowed for the ADA brand classic belt silhouettes to easily style every ready-to-wear look. I increased distribution across every Garnet Hill channel by training and empowering their catalog, ecommerce, and in-store teams to style their seasonal collections with the ADA brand silhouettes to increase exposure to the core collection we launch, season after season.

03 REVENUE ACHIEVEMENTS

Creating a neutral collection of accessories alongside the retailers’ design and buying teams has led to achieving year-after-year revenue goals for the brand partnership. My strategy to support the Garnet Hill design ethos in combination with rapid replenishment and short delivery times has empowered the retailers design team to continuously grow an accessory category alongside ready-to-wear category revenue growth. Together we have achieved an incremental 20% partnership revenue growth and surpassing sell-through targets.
