01 DISTRIBUTION GOALS

I partnered with Olivela, the luxury American retailer, to launch the LAMINI brand within the online and in-store retailer channels. Olivela's unique value proposition combining luxury assortments and giving back to communities in need for every transaction, created an ideal retail partner to launch the LAMINI brand. The Olivela socially conscious customer seeked a luxury brand rooted on sustainable business practices.

​02 DISTRIBUTION ACHIEVEMENTS

Creating synergy between the LAMINI brand and Olivela retail strategy was key in achieving partnership revenue goals. Philanthropy is built into the Olivela model creating a differentiation strategy that perfectly aligned with the LAMINI circular supply chain and clean manufacturing ethos. The initial launch of the LAMINI brand across the Olivela in-store and online channels was supported by a data-driven dropship model allowing to test a broad range of the sku’s. I utilized the consumer purchase data from the dropship launch to build a LAMINI top-selling and exclusive collection only available at Olivela for seasons to come.

A NEW KIND OF RETAILER

03 REVENUE ACHIEVEMENTS

Partnering with a socially conscious luxury retailer expanded in-store and e-commerce distribution of the LAMINI product line exponentially. The retail partner was able to establish a sustainable cold-weather product category that did not previously exist for the company, increasing yearly revenue. Building a dropship, e-commerce, and in-store distribution partnership increased yearly revenue 20% year over year.
