01 DISTRIBUTION GOALS
My goal was to launch ADA Belt Collection at Dillard's Inc., the American luxury department store chain with over 285 stores in 29 states; and expand distribution to include their online business unit to provide a cohesive omni-channel experience for the Dillard's customer.
02 DISTRIBUTION ACHIEVEMENTS
By leveraging a brick-and-mortar distribution channel with cohesive brand presentation across each door, we exceeded sales goals within a month of launch and created a new product revenue stream for the retail partner and the ADA Brand.
Leading to expanding the ADA Brand assortment to the retailer’s online distribution channel and customizing product assortments to meet the Dillard’s customer needs on each channel.

03 REVENUE ACHIEVEMENTS
Building an omni-channel partnership with Dillards Inc. across all business units has led to achieving 100% sell-through of product launches, a robust replenishment revenue stream, and the creation of a new product category for the retail partner.
My goal was to focus on building a partnership with multiple revenue streams for both the retailer and brand. Establishing multiple revenue opportunities by layering planned seasonal deliveries, replenishment of core style deliveries, and multi-channel deliveries led to creating a multi-million business partnership.
