01 DISTRIBUTION GOALS

I negotiated a partnership with resort lifestyle brand Calypso St. Barth, to launch ADA Collection within all US doors and to expand online and build a multi-channel business. The retailers’ luxury cache and affinity for high-quality materials was a perfect fit to leverage the ADA rich-Argentinean leather and craftsmanship focused supply chain.

​Together we created exclusive belt collections launching monthly to cohesively accessorize each editorial ready-to-wear launch. Building a strong accessory business focused on a lean replenishment strategy. Layering a just-in-time replenishment strategy to each monthly launch allowed for selling data to determine what styles were replenished to meet demand without overproduction and optimally investing retailer buying team dollars.

The lean replenishment strategy led to developing a strong core collection that was continuously sold-out of every Calypso St. Barth location and remained available on the retailers’ website year-round. My strategy to leverage the ADA brand Argentinean leather quality and nimble production capabilities in combination with Calypso St. Barth’s value chain focused on exclusive service and artisanal luxury led to a multi-revenue partnership for years.
